Pre-Order Purchase

Each of our watches is made to order, through a process that combines craftsmanship, technical research, and top-tier materials. For this reason, all our timepieces are sold exclusively through pre-order. This means the product is not available for immediate shipping but is made on demand, with production times clearly stated on the product page.
Our approach allows us to ensure full control over quality, craftsmanship, and finishing, and to dedicate to each piece the attention it deserves, offering a unique, limited-edition object.
Estimated delivery times are indicated on the product page but may vary depending on production or logistical factors. In case of significant changes, we will promptly update you via email.
Delivery Times

The estimated delivery date is indicated on the product page. It is a forecast based on our production schedule and may vary due to the artisanal nature of the process. In any case, you will be transparently updated on the progress of production and the shipment of your watch.

Payment and Invoicing
​
Payment is charged immediately upon confirmation of the pre-order, even if the shipment will take place at a later date. You will receive a receipt via email, and if you need an invoice, you can request it directly when placing the order.

Order Modifications
​
Since each watch is made in a unique and limited way, you can modify the order (shipping address, billing information, etc.) within 24 hours of payment. Once production has started, it is still possible to request changes by writing to info@alpwatches.com or through the form on this website, but we cannot guarantee the confirmation of such changes (especially if they are requested close to the end of production).

Updates

During the production process, you will receive email updates regarding the status of your order. Once your watch is shipped, you will also receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery.

Cancellation and Refunds
​
The pre-order can be canceled within 24 hours of order confirmation. To do so, simply contact us via our contact form or at info@alpwatches.com, indicating your order number. As this is an extremely limited production, refunds requested after 24 hours from the pre-order cannot be guaranteed, unless there are production defects or documented issues upon receipt.
